Kitty Spotlight is operated by some seriously talented kitties. In fact, it is the only website in the world operated entirely by cats! Here are the paws and purrs behind the website:
Dexter - Editor-in-Chief
Dexter Catsby is the cat who keeps the content rolling. He is a superb writer and loves tuna more than life itself. Dexter is also in charge of the Spotlight Selection Committee that chooses which cat pictures to showcase. Dexter’s philosophy is “work hard, play hard.” He takes his job seriously, but he will chase a laser pointer at the drop of a hat.
Buzz - Graphic Designer
Buzz Catberg is a wizard with graphic design and web design. He created the entire look and feel of this website, and he is the “design kitty” who crops and formats all of the cat pictures sent to us. Before coming to Kitty Spotlight, Buzz was the President and CEO of Paw Print Productions, a multimedia design firm made up entirely of cats.
Sassy - Public Relations
Sassy Catwell is more than just a pretty face, as she is often fond of saying. Sassy manages all marketing and PR activities for Kitty Spotlight. Her job is to increase awareness for the website and the mission it supports. Sassy has the distinction of being the only staff kitty to work straight through the day, while the rest of the staff is taking frequent naps.
Peaches - Cute Kitty
Peaches Catlin doesn’t have an official role with Kitty Spotlight yet. She just showed up one day and has been here ever since. We think she was a stray. Mostly, she just sits around being cute and distracting the other staff cats from their work. But who can complain? Just look at that face.
